by using the Form or Telephone.
How to enrol:
1. Identify the Venues and Dates for Classes
2. Check the Program Policy for details of refunds / withdrawals etc.
3. Check the Fees
4. Print the Application Form and complete.
5. Payment of fees:
Cheque- crossed and written out to " Jill Holland"
Electronic Transfer - contact me through my "contact me" page with your telephone number and I will ring you with the account details.
6. Post the enrolment form (and cheque) to :

A receipt will be emailed to you to the address provided at Step 3.
