Payment Information
Payment of fees in advance, either by the term or the semester, is required in order to confirm your child's place in the class.
Refunds
Withdrawals are only permitted after the first lesson. In this case, a refund, less an administration fee of $5 and the cost of one attended lesson will be charged.
Refunds are not available for occasional missed lessons.
Make-up lessons
Make-up lessons will be arranged where lessons are cancelled due to teacher illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
Siblings
Young babies up the age of 6 months can attend the class. It is preferable that other siblings who are not enrolled in the program do not attend the music class, so that the carer and child can enjoy focused time together. The occasional situations where babysitting is not available can be considered. If you have any concerns in this regard, please contact me.
Where the children are twins enrolled in the same class, for babies and toddlers it can be beneficial to have another adult available, so that the one adult-one child ratio is maintained.
Sick children
Just as in childcare and for the benefit of everyone in the class and myself, where children are sick with very heavy colds, sore throats or other contagious conditions, it is better for them to recuperate, and return to enjoy music when they are well.
Small Classes
Small classes will be run at the discretion of the teacher. Where a class does not operate, a full refund will be provided.
