Payment Information
Payment of fees in advance, either by the term or the semester, is required in order to confirm your child's place in the class.
Refunds
Fees will be refunded if you are not happy, from date of notice, with a $10 admin fee. There will be no refunds after week 4 of the term.
Refunds are not available for occasional missed lessons.
Make-up lessons
Make-up lessons will be arranged where lessons are cancelled due to teacher illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
Siblings
Younger siblings and babies are welcome to attend music class, as I believe music is a family affair.
Babies up to the age of 12 months can attend AT NO COST.
Reduced rates for younger siblings apply depending on their age, where an older child is enrolled in the group.
Where the children are twins enrolled in the same class, for babies and toddlers it can be beneficial to have another adult available, so that the one adult-one child ratio is maintained.
Trial Lessons
Young children make gradual steps in their development, and their progress is observable over longer periods. Young children may also take time to settle into the group and activities, and they may need time to settle without pressure from adults.
An enrolment of an 8 week term is considered to be a trial enrolment and refunds are available.
At the end of the term, one-off sessions can be attended with a view to the coming term, and payment for the lesson is appreciated.
Sick children
For the benefit of everyone in the class and myself, where children are sick with very heavy colds, sore throats or other contagious conditions, it is better for them to recuperate, and return to enjoy music when they are well.
Small Classes
Small classes will be run at the discretion of the teacher. Where a class does not operate, a full refund will be provided.
